Size of job in metre squared, what prep work is involved, what sub floor are we laying over, what are the time constraints, which materials you will be using.

Yes our work is guaranteed for up to 7 years on our resilient floor coverings. Our business is fully insured.


What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We have never left a job unfinished. We operate very heavily on referrals, and will always ensure the customer’s satisfaction.


What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Have you laid this type of floor before? What products do you recommend for underlay? How can I know if the job meets Australian standards. We offer flooring audits to our customers on request.

We are constantly delivering the finished products of projects to our clients, we often see their huge sense of satisfaction when our job is done.


Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We had a young family suffer from a burst water pipe, damaging the floors and walls. They weren’t covered by insurance but we were able to negotiate a price that was affordable for them without compromising on the quality of products and overall job. So they were stoked, and so were we.
